Madison Area Pagan Pride Participant Forms

If you are interested in vending, or having an information booth at Madison Area Pagan Pride Day 2017, please download and complete the required forms from the Downloadable Forms tab above, then send it in to the address listed on the form.

You may also scan and email the application to us at vending@madisonareapaganpride.org with the name of the application in the subject line. Vendor fees may be paid via PayPal to madisonareappdpaypal@madisonareapaganpride.org.

 

Vendor Fee Structure for Information Booths and Vendors:

Early Bird Rates thru March 31: Single 10×10 space – $30

Double 10×20 space – $50

Regular Rates thru May 31: Single 10×10 space – $40

Double 10×20 space – $60

Late rates thru July 10: Single 10×10 space – $50

Double 10×20 space – $70

Information Booth Fees:

Basic Information booth: 10×10 single space- $ FREE

Programming

If you are interested in being a workshop presenter please contact the programming coordinator at programming@madisonareapaganpride.org .

Please include your name and brief description of the proposed workshop. Spaces are limited and not all that propose a workshop will be selected to be part of the event.

If you are chosen to be a workshop presenter, all information requested from the programming coordinator must be submitted and received by August 14. Failure to do so will result in being dropped from the program.
